Monday - Thursday:  5am - 9:30pm
Friday:  5am - 8:30pm
Saturday:  7am - 6pm
Sunday:  10am - 5pm 

Spring Pool Hours begin March 15

The Central City Family YMCA pool is open for lap swim (reservations are no longer required), open swim, camp swim and swim teams throughout the day. View the detailed pool schedule. 

Monday - Thursday: 6am - 1pm & 4 - 7pm
Friday: 6am - 1pm  & 4 - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Sunday: 12 - 3pm

Stay & Play (ages 6 weeks - 10 years) is available for members to use, up to two hours while parents/guardians workout.  

Monday - Thursday: 8:45 - 11:30am & 5 - 7:30pm 
Friday: 8:45 - 11:30am
Saturday: 8:45am - 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed

Basketball Gym Hours

For everyone's safety, please review the new gym rules before engaging in pickleball or open gym, or pickup basketball games. Open Gym and Pickup Games are currently available the same hours. Half the court will be designated for Open Gym and the other half for Pickup Games.

Monday - Friday:  5am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Open Gym and Pickup Rules

• Up to 5-on-5 pickup games are allowed
• All gyms have capacity limits to limit the number of members waiting on sidelines
• Members can make a reservation up to 48 hours in advance, in 30 minute increments for up to 1 hour (additional time may be granted once at the center if space permits)
  Reservations are made per person, not per group
